New - Hydraulic High-Pressure Hose Couplings (No Skive)

Gates® introduces GlobalSpiral High® (GSH) and GlobalSpiral Plus® (GSP) no-skive couplings for heavy-duty hydraulic applications in mining, construction, drilling, and other high-pressure, high-impulse industrial applications. These couplings are an extension of Gates'® GlobalSpiral® coupling line. They have been re-engineered to handle pressures up to 6,000 psi for -24 (1-1/2") and -32 (2") I.D. hoses operating in the toughest working environments.

GSH® and GSP® couplings are available in over 30 thread configurations including SAE, DIN, BSP, Komatsu-style, JIS, and CAT flange. Couplings are tested to 1,000,000 impulse cycles, double the SAE standard of 500,000 impulse cycles. TuffCoat plating provides more than four times better corrosion resistance than the SAE ASTMB117 specification.

No skiving is required with GSH® and GSP® couplings. This saves time, labor, equipment, and assembly errors. And the shop area stays clean and odor-free. The result is premium quality assemblies and lower costs.
